Services
Khana De De offers meal delivery services to school children via subscription plans. All orders are subject to availability, service area, and proper school tie-ups.
Payments
  • All payments must be made in advance through the app or website.
  • Secure payment gateways are used.
  • Meal plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on the subscription.
Delivery
  • Meals will be delivered as per the selected school plan and timing.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (strikes, weather, etc.).
Modifications
  • Meal plans can be paused or changed via the app, as per policy.
  • Prices and service terms may be updated occasionally. Users will be notified.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian Law and subject to jurisdiction under Uttarakhand courts.
💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations
  • One-time orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • For subscription cancellations, a request must be raised 24 hours in advance via the app.
💰 Refunds
  • Unused balance from paused subscriptions can be adjusted in the next billing cycle.
  • Direct refunds will be issued only in case of:
  • Failed payment processing
  • Service unavailability from our side
  • Duplicate payments
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
